This post is definitely the best and most effective way of recharging you personal battery. I have seen much more risky methods of replacing my battery and have not had the same results that it claimed to produce. I have heard of freezing batteries and even been told to freeze my laptop batteries, but this detailed procedure is the one I would put the most confidence in.
